Michael Upton (Jet Jaguar) Beautiful textures from these Wellington composers. While it leans really ambient, I also love the noisy explosive stuff near the end. Those dive bombing sax parts inevitably remind me of Colin Stetson, but it's not a rip. Nice! Favorite track: Almost Without Plans.

Giles A fascinating suite, each track has it's own feel and instrumentation/sound world, but it all does fit together and take you somewhere. Beautiful and mostly slow paced without a trace of monotony, with tons of sound layers and substructures to explore, and some big epic moments that are very cathartic
